How do I know that my order is ready for pickup?
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pickup. Orders placed for pickup at our Fountain Valley location can be picked up Monday-Friday 8am-5pm after an email is received. Orders placed for pickup at our Laguna Hills location will be sent an additional email from Luxer One with an access code for our outdoor lockers. These lockers can be accessed 24/7 after you receive the initial email confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.

How do I check the status of my shipped order?

You will get order confirmation emails once your order is fulfilled, shipped, and delivered.

I received my order and it is damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I keep getting an error message that my items can’t be shipped.

This most likely means that there are items in your cart that are marked as “pick-up only”. These items are marked as so on their product page and/or in their product description. If you have reviewed all of your items and you are still getting an error message, please contact us at info@shoprealstore.com.
