Refund and Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return or exchange your items. Any requests after 30 days will not be honored.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes gift cards, drinkware, personalized items, movie tickets, or any final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Return in Store:
You may bring your return and proof of purchase (original receipt, packing slip, or order details page) to one of our locations Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm excluding holidays.
Return by Mail:
To start a return by mail, you can request a return by going to your order page in your account. If accepted, a return label will be sent to you with instructions on how to proceed. You can also start a return by contacting us at info@shoprealstore.com. Please include your name and order number which can be found in your order confirmation email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to return your item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Charge:
Returns made by mail due to the buyer’s issue (did not like, wrong size, etc.) will result in a return shipping label cost of $8.99 being deducted from your refund amount. If you would like to pre-pay for your own shipping label instead, please contact us at info@shoprealstore.com to initiate your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@shoprealstore.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges can be made in-person only at either of our locations during office hours. However, we cannot guarantee that the item you are looking for will be in stock at a certain location so please check online for in-store availability prior to arriving.
