REALSTORE™ Gift Card Policy

This Gift Card Policy applies to all physical and digital gift cards issued by REALSTORE™. REALSTORE™ gift cards may be used to purchase eligible products on shoprealstore.com. Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Gift cards are not reloadable.

Gift cards may be purchased online. Digital gift cards are delivered via email to the recipient email address provided at checkout. REALSTORE™ is not responsible for gift cards delivered to an incorrect or invalid email address due to customer error.

Gift cards may be redeemed at checkout by entering the gift card code. If the order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining balance must be paid using an accepted payment method. If the order total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance will remain on the gift card for future use. Gift card balances may be checked in-store or by emailing info@shoprealstore.com.

REALSTORE™ gift cards do not expire and are not subject to service or inactivity fees.

Purchases made using a gift card are subject to REALSTORE™’s standard return policy. Any approved returns for purchases made with a gift card will be refunded back to a gift card. Gift cards themselves are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

REALSTORE™ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift cards and will not replace gift cards under these circumstances.

REALSTORE™ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold gift cards and related orders suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of this policy.

REALSTORE™ reserves the right to update or modify this Gift Card Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this policy will be available on shoprealstore.com. For questions regarding gift cards, please contact REALSTORE™ customer support through shoprealstore.com.
