Missing Package Policy
Our Commitment to You
We want every order to arrive safely and on time. If your package appears to be missing, we're here to help resolve it as quickly as possible. Please follow the steps below so we can investigate and make things right.
Step 1 - Wait 48 Hours After Your Expected Delivery Date
Packages are sometimes marked as "delivered" by the carrier before they physically arrive. They may be left with a neighbor, held at a nearby facility, or delayed by local conditions. For this reason, we ask that you wait 48 hours after your expected delivery date before reporting a missing package.
During this time, we recommend:
- Checking around your front door, mailbox, garage, or any alternate drop-off spots
- Asking neighbors or building management if a package was accepted on your behalf
- Checking your tracking link for any carrier updates or delivery notes
Step 2 - Report the Missing Package to Us
If your package has not arrived 48 hours after the expected delivery date, please contact us at info@shoprealstore.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- Your shipping address used at checkout
- A brief description of what was ordered
We will acknowledge your report within 1–2 business days and offer a resolution.
Step 3- Resolution
If both you and the carrier were unable to locate your package after 48 hours*, you can choose from the following options:
- Replacement shipment of the original item(s), sent at no additional cost
- Full refund to your original payment method
Important Notes*
Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
Carrier Delays: Occasional carrier delays are outside our control. If tracking shows your package is still in transit and simply delayed, we may ask you to allow a short additional window before opening a lost package claim.
Potential Fraud: We reserve the right to review claims that appear unusual or inconsistent with order and shipping records. Abuse of this policy may result in the cancellation of future orders.
Package Theft: If you believe your package was delivered and then stolen, we recommend filing a police report. Depending on your situation, your homeowner's or renter's insurance may also cover stolen packages.
